Story
Luffy and his pirates meet Tobio, a young boy who aspires to become a strong pirate like the great pirate Woonan. It is said that Woonan hid a gold treasure in the legendary island. Together with Tobio, Luffy sails out to the island to find the gold, but instead, they encounter another pirate going after the gold, El Drago. Just like Luffy, El Drago possessed the power of the devil's fruit, whose power could destroy everything with his ugly voice.
